Seen here: https://ci.openshift.redhat.com/jenkins/job/test_pull_request_origin_integration/1715/consoleFull#172509149458b6e51eb7608a5981914356

snippet:

+ scp -r -F ./.config/origin-ci-tool/inventory/.ssh_config openshiftdevel:/tmp/openshift /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/test_pull_request_origin_integration/workspace/artifacts
/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/test_pull_request_origin_integration/workspace/artifacts/openshift/test-end-to-end/volumes/etcd/member/wal/0000000000000000-0000000000000000.wal: No space left on device
/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/test_pull_request_origin_integration/workspace/artifacts/openshift/test-end-to-end/volumes/etcd/member/snap: No space left on device

And error:

java.io.IOException: Failed to create a directory at /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/test_pull_request_origin_integration/builds/1715/archive/.config/origin-ci-tool/logs/junit

We're nowhere near full on the disk on the master, so this is weird. We'll keep an eye on it.

@mfojtik Have we seen this again recently? IIRC Steve and I scrambled to free up storage on the jenkins host, but I guess I never updated this.
