How can this repo be used?

Hello,

If this is intended to be the source code of the OS for some Hisense TV, how can we use it? compile change and deploy it?

As is usually the case with these "open source" repos by large companies: they provide the source code but no actual toolset to compile them.

They also often leave out their own proprietary software so there is no way of compiling.

These repos are probably only here to comply with the licenses the open source software they use, use.

Even still if they had them, there is usually signature checking done on the TV to make sure that the compiled software is from Hisense.

Edit: You can see in this repo there is a toolchain which is required to compile, this repo lacks this.
