Сервис персонализированных новостей о доступных возможностях или ограничениях для пользователей.

На сайте ассистенты заполняют базу информации, проставляя критерии и теги. На основании заполненного профиля пользователя, пользователь получает релевантную его профилю информацию на сайте и через телеграм бота (рассылка).
