The dataset is in PDF and contains all procurement contracts for 2012 approved by the Federal Executive Council (contracts worth more than 6 mio. USD).

PDF-document in Google Drive: https://docs.google.com/a/okfn.org/file/d/0B_dkMlz2NopEeFVILTB0cEhVQnc/edit

Mariam and Tosin from BudgIT in Nigeria are working on the data and are looking for some help to get started on opening up the PDF data.

Tasks include:

  • convert PDF to CSV
  • clean up the CSV file, format the data and add it to OpenSpending

If you can help, get in touch by leaving a comment on the issue.
