Need to integrate latest below library

  • openSRP core
  • openSRP native form
  • openSRP anc
  • openSRP pnc
  • openSRP immunization

Also migrate hnpp client code base to AndroidX

After migration rule not working it's showing error
2021-04-15 11:58:09.192 10249-10249/org.smartregister.brac.hnpp E/JsonFormActivity: JsonFormActivity --> addRelevance --> comparison
java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to char[]
at com.vijay.jsonwizard.activities.JsonFormActivity.isRelevant(JsonFormActivity.java:1810)
