Improve performance of Thailand materialized views #32

We have not touched Thailand materialized views for more than 1.5 years. We should probably investigate and see if their performance can be better. Things to look at:

  • Are the views limited to only the FI and DynamicFI plans? (should be an easy win)
  • Can the query performance be improved by rewriting or introducing indices?
