Building and installing openssl 3 (OpenSSL 3.0/3.1) on Unix
DESTDIR
andOPENSSLDIR

Why doesn't the installation command on Windows install
openssl.cnf
inC:\tmp\test\random
($(DESTDIR)/$(OPENSSLDIR)
) like Unix? Is it expected thatDESTDIR
will be ignored whenOPENSSLDIR
is specified on Windows?NOTE:
DESTDIR
is used as prefix whenOPENSSLDIR
