Automated User Errors reported to CS Q4 2022 #3873

Customer Support adds automated error reports when they are reported to the service desk. In the comments, CS includes the content from email, the case number and any additional information.

Hello! I ran into a problem at https://tutor.openstax.org/course/17305 while using browser:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/15.6.1 Safari/605.1.15

The request details are: undefined on undefined/undefined returned status "500" with message "No response was received"
