add addresses keyword to description

I searched for "address" in the JOSM plugins list and didn't discover this plugin. Later I found it on the wiki, but I think it's worth increasing discoverability.

@alexrudd2 just as a bit of context: the message says many (not all) items are moved to github, this does not include JOSM. JOSM is one of the last if not the last project to still use the OSM SVN repository as main repository. The JOSM repos on Github are just mirrors.
These mirrors break from time to time and if noone notices they lag further and further behind: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/6887 . An exception are some of the newer plugins that are maintained in GitHub/GitLab and mirrored back into the SVN.
