I have asked supplier for a warranty swapout. Let us see what they say.

Supplier are sending a replacement disk to my work and we need to return the faulty disk to them.

Supplier has been sent the disk. I have mailed it off to Exonetric.

Exonetric has replaced the disk and RAID is rebuilding.

Once faulty disk has been return to supplier (1) and raid has been rebuilt (2) and replacement disk firmware has been updated (3) this issue will be closed.

  1. Disk posted back to supplier today. 2) Raid Rebuild. 3) Firmware updated, system rebooted and confirmed FW active.
