Selecting code link from http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Develop doesn't work

Clicking on the 'Code' hyperlink for the osm2pgsql section from this page returns the following error message:

Not Found
"The requested URL /applications/utils/export/osm2pgsql/ was not found on this server."

I reviewed the readme shown on https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql and couldn't find that link. Where did you see it?
