Please render roundabouts without explicit tagging oneway=yes as if this tag is set. That means: Render arrows like the arrows in oneway streets (Wiki: junction=roundabout implies oneway=yes).
Why? IMO it is important to see the direction because in some countries it is clockwise and in some other countries it is counter-clockwise. To achieve this most people tag roundabouts as oneways, but this "tagging for the renderer" should not be needed.

Replying to [comment:1 Ldp]:
Here are some reasons why:
There are neighbouring countries with different directionality in Africa, Asia and South America. Areas close to the borders will benefit.
There are circular roads which are no roundabouts and are no oneways. At the moment you cannot see if it is just a circular road or a roundabout.
junction=roundabout implies oneway=yes and highway=* with oneway=yes is rendered with arrows. Rendering arrows on junction=roundabout is logically consistent.
Potlach2, jOSM and Osmarender display arrow symbols on roundabouts to guide the user. That is good practice.
Many mappers add oneway=yes to roundabouts just to add this visual representation of the direction to the map. This is redundant information, just mapping for Mapnik. This can be avoided by rendering arrows.
