"traces waiting for upload" message considering all user's traces

when uploading a trace, a warning message always show up :

You have 766 traces waiting for upload. Please consider waiting for these to finish before uploading any more, so as not to block the queue for other users.

this message counts all the traces user has, including ones that have finished uploading long time ago
