Share point with #1267
It has been flagged by a user that the text on the "Register" page of the site is confusing, now that users have to create an account & log in before downloading searches. Updating this text will resolve the issue.
Expected Behavior
Language on the Register page needs to reflect to the use of non-contributors to the tool, as well as contributors.
Actual Behavior
The language refers only to Contributors to the tool.
