Add other formats to attachmentes

I want to add .msg (outlook mail) files or rar and i can´t add it to the tickets..... Any solution for this?

I needed to do this myself as I needed to add support for uploading .xlsx files.

You can add new files types in the file, api/libs/FileUploader.php

You just need to add the MIME type to the array that's there.

I tried to add 'image/gif' in fileuploader.php but it doesn't work.
Any idea ?
