Logos and icons do not appear after installed

After installing opensupports, when I enter the admin screen or even entered inside, the image does not appear in the login, no icons appear in the languages, like other things. What can it be?

Looks like the css file doesn't get loaded. Please look at the websites sourcecode by clicking your right mouse button and selecting "View Sourcecode" or similar, Search for the css reference in the sourcecode and click it. If you can't view the css sources then maybe .htaccess rewrite does not work or maybe you haven't set the correct access rights in your opensupports folder.
