When closing a ticket for instance it seems like there is a delay in the information being communicated between the the user and admin and vice versa.

Sorry for replying so late to this issue.

Can you please provide more information on this issue? What do you mean by "between admin and user", is it between the admin view of the system and the user view of the system?
