Hi everybody,
the situation is the following :
I've 2 people in staff : me and another guy.
I cover all 3 departments that we have , while the other covers only 1 of 3.
When a ticket is created in the category monitored by both of us, I recieve 1 e-mail with 2 destinataries (ok) but the other person recieve 2 equals emails: 1 with both email-addresses ( mine and his ) as destinatary, and 1 with only his address.
Both of us have "send_email_on_new_ticket" set true (1 visible on db).

How can I fix it ?

Thanks for reporting this, I tried to replicate the bug but couldn't. I'll take a closer look into this soon.
