Hej, sorry for delayed reply.
This is most likely a known problem for Debian packages which keep exact name after rebuild. Unfortunately download.opensuse.org is not reliable when using such packages, (because openSUSE doesn't have control over the mirrors and relies only on file names when checking presence of files on mirrors).

Two solutions possible at the moment:

• Ask project maintainers on OBS to tweak control files, so full package name changes after rebuild. In partucular: Add DEBTRANSFORM-RELEASE: 1 to have OBS append the autoincremented build number to the version of the debian package.
• Use a mirror url directly instead of download.opensuse.org (to see list of mirrors for a file - just add .mirrorlist to url)
