tap.exe complains about multiple 'tap' assemblies #349

This is running inside a .NET framework process, but I believe the problem is general.

10:44:02.778  Searcher     Multiple assemblies of different versions named tap exists 
10:44:02.779  Searcher     Assembly 1: C:\Program Files\Keysight\Test Automation\tap.dll version: 9.17.0
10:44:02.781  Searcher     Assembly 2: C:\Program Files\Keysight\Test Automation\tap.exe version: 9.17.0.0

Since tap.exe is not a .NET assembly (I believe) it should not complain about it.
