Parameterization on reference plans freeze the Editor

Environment:

Windows 10, 64-bit

OpenTAP 9.16.4

Steps to reproduce:

This is a following up for discussion on the forum https://forum.opentap.io/t/parameterization-on-reference-plan-freeze-the-editor/591/2

1, Take a test plan (level_1) with 15 log output, and parameterize each "Log Message " to the TestPlan
2, Load level_1 in a reference plan (level_2), and parameterize all “Log Message” as well.
3. Load level_2 in a reference plan (level_3), and parameterize all “Log Message”, and repeat this structure until level_5

Actual result:
Takes very long time (>20 minutes, if it is not totally frozen) to open Test Plan Setting of level_5

Expected result:
Can Open/Edit Test Plan Settings in a normal way
