hmm the call graphs can indeed be helpful.

It's a bug, I noticed it too. Image.h at least is included inside a
namespace somewhere, will fix tomorrow.

@DanielGibson fixed that one. The downsize of doxygen is it's size, I tried to get it crafted with travis so only the changes would be commited but I think I hit some bug with it :/ It's not something I want to put too much effort into either.
