Create a page with developer head-shots and bio's that include which projects they work on. This would allow interested developers to find the person to contact for questions about a specific project.

collaborative doc has been created and request for content sent to tech list.

This has been morphed into the "Commotion Contributors" page. Pushed to staging in recent commits including this one: d51f344
