blog teasers on front page have missing images if not defined

The display of blog post teasers includes an image defined in the front matter of a blog post. However, if no teaser image is defined in the post, the front page displays what looks like a broken image.

Add logic to the front page include file to check for the existence of the teaser image variable and only place the image if it is set in the blog post.
