Generated PO files contain a couple of duplicated lines in the header lines relating to the contributing translators.

Could you double check the originals in transifex? I only see translator duplication in the Spanish and French files. The problem is present in the luci-i18n-commotion copies as well, but the way the problem occurs in the French file makes me think it may be an issue with the source material.

Could be. I think this is a low-level priority anyway, so why don't we flag this issue in backlog and we'll check it later.
