Provide a way to get to the resource page from the add-ons preferences

I expected to be able to get to the "resource" page (with info, start a test, etc) from within the "Add-ons" screen - can you connect those two, so that the resource:// page can be reached either through the toolbar button or through Add-ons preferences?
