Broken link from "Set a Span tag" section

In the spec:

Under the Set a Span tag section there is a link that goes to https://opentracing.io/specification/semantic_conventions.md which gives a 404.

The text is:

Note that the OpenTracing project documents certain “standard tags” that have prescribed semantic meanings.

Looks like it should be going here now:

Also note that from ^ if you click the link at the top to get back to the main Specification page you get a 404 as it's going here:
