Standardize table names in YAML #21

Expand tables.csv by adding a third column, like such:

id,label,key
01,Corp Status,Corporate Status

So we retain the official label, but we also get a field name we can actually do something with. This is to deal with the problems raised within #18.

Ehhh...or maybe not. The State Codes table is also named State of Incorporation and State of Formation. That's the only case of a table having multiple aliases, although several tables travel under two names.

A better solution is to simply use consistent names within the YAML. I'm not thrilled to divert from SCC nomenclature so early in the process, but their nomenclature is bad. I've updated the title of this issue accordingly.
