Use same machine ID as the other components

All components except this one are using '/etc/openvstorage_id' as the machine id.
The ASD-Manager should follow the same trend.
Small caveat: s3-manager is of the same type and also uses /etc/openvstorage_id for machine id so something to distinguish both might be required

We did not. The id is used for s3/iscsi but not this manager
