Steps to reproduce

• Activate 2fa
• Create new API KEY
• Disable 2fa with Admin through tower or api
• Re Activate 2fa
• Change API KEY status to active with
  https://github.com/openware/barong/blob/master/docs/api/rest_api.md#description-44
• User API KEY to connect
