Adding pdf output to quarto output format requires tinytex installion during deploy #24

Quarto files can have several output.
If PDF is added to the standard HTML, then the rendered HTML page will show an option to download the corresponding PDF.
When the user clicks on this option, the PDF is rendered in the browser (not a pre-rendered PDF is downloaded)
That process requires tinytex installation on server side
