I cant connect pc with wch ch32v307 board

hello all,
i am facing issue regarding wch ch32v307rct6 board, i have used it tomorrow and download program in it through my pc and it is working properly but now when i am trying to connect this board with my pc through usb type c cable by connecting board on wchlink female type c connector. but Wch link is not showing in my device manager of pc and con+ LED are continuosly blinking and run+ LED are remain off after connecting.
So if you have solution so kindly help me.

If your computer device manager recognizes “WCH CMSIS-DAP”，Your Link has entered DAP mode and can be switched back through WCH_LinkUtility.

if your computer device manager recognizes “USB Module”，You may have shorted J1 when inserting type_c.Re-insert Type_c.
You can get WCH__LinkUtility Tool from openwch\ch32v003.
