Describe the bug

SAME BUGS on stable branch like #11956

do the fix can also be ported for openwrt-22.03/openwrt-21.02 ?

I have ported the patch on https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/netdev/net.git/commit/?id=0b6d6425103a

but it had no effect.

maybe some else patches are also needed for the stable branches
