19.07 snapshots: All openssl-dependent packages fail to build? #13969

Per this thread https://forum.openwrt.org/t/where-are-the-unbound-pkgs-for-snapshots/79598,

packages like unbound which depends on openssl have failed to be generated for the snapshots for a while:

It looks to be a wide spread issue currently with buildbot
