If we get 90% of the way through a scrape, we have to start over from the beginning. This is a pain...
There is some mention of resuming in the code already, but it certainly doesn't resume fully stopped scrapes

@ISNIT0 I'm not really in favour of a resume functionality because I don't think this is really needed by users and because this would complexify a lot the source code.
