Report scraper progress in regular JSON file expected by the Zimfarm, as iFixit scraper does for instance.

We will probably have to do some rule of thumb on how much time is spent in the different phases:

exploring the topic / playlist
fetching (and reencoding) videos
fetching subtitles
pushing everything to the ZIM
...
