wp1.openzim.org has erroneous class data for draft article

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Vimal_Gutkha showing up in https://wp1.openzim.org/#/project/Crime-related/articles?quality=Start-Class&importance=NA-Class as a start class article, but the draft has no start class on it.

The pattern seems to be that wp1.openzim.org is selecting the date at which the first importance rating was made:

  and the first date at which a class parameter was added
• diff https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft_talk:Vimal_Gutkha&diff=prev&oldid=1164728437
• version https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft_talk:Vimal_Gutkha&oldid=1164728437
  and then it is not noticing that that start class has been removed when the article was moved from mainspace back into draft.

This appears to have something to do with the article getting moved from the Article namespace to the Draft namespace.
