Brave sync takes more than 10 minutes which results in failure

The sync process for brave takes more than 10 minutes to run so results in failure. This is an issue for both circleci which seems to view 10 minutes of no logs as a hung build. And for this plugin which has a socket read timeout set of 10 minutes.
