In order to give faster feedback to fabric8 client and see if there are any problems with the updates to it we should cover testing with snapshot builds of fabric8 client.

This could be a nightly build or triggered by commits into fabric8 client.

We need also to produce a SNAPSHOT build for QOSDK.
