"Apply Changes" in global header.

When you make changes the require 'apply changes' but you click away from that page before you hit the button they are just lingering there until you happen to go back to that specific page. It would be nice that if any part of the firewall needed reloading/applying changes then that button would be on a global header that appears on every page. Or maybe shows up on the dashboard as "pending changes to apply".
