Describe the bug

Not (!) alias operators are not allowed for domain aliases.

Tip: to validate your setup was working with the previous version, use opnsense-revert (https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/opnsense_tools.html#opnsense-revert)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new alias, such as one named "whitelistdomains" - proceed to add !gitlab.com to the content box. Upon saving, these are rejected. They are allowed if you remove the not operator, indicating a validation issue.

Expected behavior

The content saves and the not operators are respected.
