PHP 8.3 is available. 8.2 still has security support till the end of next year but there is no reason to wait.

Describe the solution you like

Move to PHP 8.3. Phalcon 5.6.1 supports it so all we have to do is check the migration notes and make it happen.

Describe alternatives you considered

Keep 8.2 until 25.1 but what would be the fun in that?
