Missing image in "How To: Setting Up A Mail Gateway"

Hi there,

There is a missing image in the tutorial mentioned in the subject.

The image is in clear text in the tutorial: "First of all, you need to configure the domains you want to forward in the Domains menu. .. Image:: images/postfix_add_new_domain.png"

Also when trying to open the URL manually it is not found on the web server.

I just checked the source and there is no error, the image just has to be uploaded to the web server.
