Does ntopng need an update to the maxmind downloads uri? #174

Hi.
I'm not certain if this is a required change but one of the scripts included in the ntopng currently points to what seems an old uri.
The file is ports/net/ntopng/files/ntopng-geoip2update.sh.in where it attempts to fetch from 'https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLite2-City.tar.gz'
but maxmind changed a little a while ago. If you go to https://www.maxmind.com/ you need to sign up to a free account to then be able to get to downloads.
The URL has changed.
They are in the form of https://download.maxmind.com/app/geoip_download?edition_id=GeoLite2-City&license_key=YOUR_LICENSE_KEY&suffix=tar.gz

As far as I can tell ntop(ng) is unwilling to give any support to outsiders which includes us and our community plugin. So I'm closing this.
