OPTICKS-1501 - Move up, move down and delete options available too often in context menu in Feature Class Properties Display

In the Feature Class Properties Dialog's display tab, Right clicking in the queries table does the following:

The context menu adds a delete action if the only selected item is the All Objects query.
The context menu add actions to delete, move up, move down,… if only one action is selected.
