OPTICKS-1518 - After Export Shapefile Options menu has been opened, filename changes made in Export window are not applied

When exporting a shapefile, the name can be modifed in the Export window if the Export Options window has not been opened. The name can also be modified in the Export Options window. However, if the Export Options window has been opened and closed, any file name changes made in the Export window do not get applied. Additionally (if the Export Options window had been opened and closed), no warning message opens to let the user know if they are about to overwrite a file.
