OPTICKS-1521 - Crash when displaying color map editor for RGB display mode #364

  1. Open an image
  2. Change the display to RGB
  3. Open the Histogram Window
  4. Right-click in the Histogram Window and select "Create/Edit ColorMap"
  5. Opticks prompts you to change the display from RGB to Grayscale. Click yes; Opticks crashes.

Opticks crashes because the parent object of the ColorMapEditor (HistogramPlotImp) is deleted prior to being set as the parent object. The deletion is a result of changing from RGB to Grayscale.
