On our Linux (RHEL v6) HPC system I downloaded Opticks source using: svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/opticks/code/releases/4.11.0/trunk opticks-4.11.0. Installation was successful and I am able to get Opticks' openning GUI.

While running the wizard-builder tutorial (http://opticks.org/docs/help/4.10.0/Help/Opticks/Content/Tutorials/tutorial_wizard_builder.htm) I tried to save the wizard using File/SaveAs. The SaveWizard dialog came up. However, the dialog would not respond to input of any kind, including killing the dialog using the upper-right X. It was possible to grab the dialog and move it around on the screen though. Since the dialog could not be killed, the wizard builder could not be terminated. It was necessary to kill Opticks at the OS level (kill -9 31433).

Very happy to proceed with Linux testing on HPC systems so that Opticks can be used for high-throughput applications. Please let me have your feedback.
