In Form Builder, open the Control Settings, add a help message, close the dialog, and notice that the help icon doesn't show. Also, the <xf:help> is missing in the source, even if the message was correctly saved in the resources, and does show when reopening the Control Settings dialog. This was working properly in 2019.1.
