Publish form links don't include form version

The text says for example "The form definition was published successfully as version 2, with no attachments.", but the links don't point to version 2 specifically.

This only happens when we publish a new version, with next. Which in fact is probably ok then, as the URL will navigate to the plain path without the URL parameter, which will load the latest version.

Fixing anyway, as it's more correct to navigate specifying the exact version published rather than assume it's the "latest".
